Net Change Calculation: Net Change = Sum of all "Guarantee Increase" amounts – Sum of all "Guarantee Decrease" amounts.
Currency: Calculations assume uniform currency across entries. The snapshot uses the currency selected in the form at the time of entry.
Rounding: Amounts are summed with two decimal places. Display uses standard currency formatting.
Data Storage: Uses browser's localStorage. Maximum of 100 entries; oldest entries are deleted first if limit exceeded.
Business Rules: Only entries with a valid date and description are stored. Status progression (Draft → Approved → Executed) is not enforced but recommended.
